Netstore to develop and host Unified Communications and Microsoft CRM Solutions
                                  for Telinet.



Netstore, a leading UK provider of IT managed services and IT security announces
that Telinet, a leading provider of Information Communications Technology, has
chosen Netstore to develop and host a unified communications and applications
platform to support business growth. The contract with Telinet is worth
approximately �600k in revenue to Netstore over the next five years.


With this new system from Netstore, Telinet will be able to provide on-demand
unified communications. The Netstore solution, which will be delivered on a
software as a service ('saas') basis, allows Telinet to enhance its customers'
IT infrastructure with a managed service that integrates Microsoft Dynamics CRM,
Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Unified communications to deliver voice,
customer data, and video anytime, anywhere using a simple pay per seat model. By
consolidating three disparate IT systems into one unified platform the Netstore
solution allows Telinet to support an integrating company and improve service
management. In addition, Telinet continues to grow by acquisition and the new IT
system will be an important factor in effective and efficient post-merger
integration.
