The Board of Northern Foods plc ("Northern Foods" or "the Company") today announces 
that Jon Silk, a Director of the Company since April 2011, will leave the 
Company on 30 June 2011. 
 
Jon has been Group Finance Director of 2 Sisters Food Group for five years and 
became a Director of Northern Foods following the acquisition by BH 
Acquisitions Limited in April 2011.
