                                 AGM STATEMENT


The Directors of New Media Lottery Services ("NMLS" or the "Company"), the AIM
traded supplier and operator of lottery systems and games for government
sanctioned lottery programmes and charities, are pleased to announce that at the
Company's AGM held earler today, all resolutions were duly passed.

NMLS Chairman, Lord Benjamin Mancroft, made the following comments:

"I would like to thank both shareholders and employees for their continued
support and assistance. It has been a highly active period for the Company.

"NMLS continues its successful growth of its Rehab Bingo programme. Sales for
the quarter ended 30 November 2006 have increased 52 per cent over the quarter
ended 31 August 2006. Corresponding deposits have increased by 62 per cent over
the prior quarter.

"The Company has secured a ten year contract to operate a national lottery 
programme on behalf of the Aragua State Lottery in Venezuela. This contract is 
quite broad and allows for a variety of products including lottery games, sports 
betting and gaming devices (FOBTs).  The sale of products will commence in the
first quarter of 2007 and the Company is exploring strategic relationships for 
the deployment of non-core products.

"The Company has completed testing of its system and content for a deployment on 
Inspired's Video Lottery Terminals within Ireland. An announcement on roll out 
will be provided by Inspired and is expected early in the upcoming year.

"NMLS has refined its Brazil lottery game offering to offer more locally 
appealing content. The player activity on the testing programme has grown 
significantly and the Company plans to market this programme more extensively 
throughout 2007.

"NMLS has secured a strategic software and system agreement with Las Vegas 
Gaming Inc.  The Board is confident that this relationship will open many new 
opportunities within the next few years.

"NMLS has added strategic new staff: Irene Gahan as Project Manager in Dublin 
and Tony Caporicci to head up our Terminal Products Division in Las Vegas. 
The Company continues its pursuit of additional contracts and expects business 
to continue to be strong in the upcoming year."
