Dividend declaration 
 
 
Noble AIM VCT Plc announces today that it has resolved to declare an interim dividend of 2.0p per share.  The 
ex-dividend date is 15 July 2009 with an associated record date of 17 July 2009.  The dividend will be paid on 14 August 
2009.  It is intended to operate the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme for this dividend. However, this will be dependent on 
the Company receiving approval from the FSA in respect of its proposed share offer prior to the payment date. If the 
Company is unable to obtain FSA approval prior to the payment date then the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme will be 
suspended for this dividend, and shareholders will receive a cash dividend instead. 
 
The Company also announces today that, subject to shareholder and FSA approval, it is proposing to launch a share offer 
in July for up to GBP 17m.
