London, UK - 25 October 2017 - NetScientific plc ("NetScientific", AIM:NSCI), the transatlantic healthcare IP commercialisation group, announces that Jonathan Paisner, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from his position on the Board with immediate effect, with the 25(th) October as his final day.

Commenting on the news, Francois Martelet, Chief Executive Officer of NetScientific said: "The Board of Directors and I would like to thank Jonathan for his contribution to NetScientific and wish him well in his future endeavours."
