                             Annual General Meeting


At the Annual General Meeting of Nature Technology held today, the Chairman,
Richard Eldridge, announced that the Company's joint venture oil reception and
treatment operations in Gibraltar have agreed the terms of an additional
Environmental Agency licence to take over and operate the former MOD sullage
plant in Gibraltar, in addition to the existing facilities commissioned in 2001/
2.

This plant will provide 2,550 tonnes of further storage capacity and will
accommodate the new recovered oil treatment and upgrade unit currently being
assembled for shipment to Gibraltar, in order to facilitate the disposal and
increase revenues derived from recovered and treated oil.

As outlined in the recent Chairman's statement, our trials unit is scheduled to
leave the UK later this month for commissioning in a major maritime oil industry
facility in the Middle East for a period of treatment assessment.

Our manufacture of the treatment plant to be delivered to Denmark in July /
August 2004 for a major manufacturing group is proceeding well.

We will report further on progress during the second half of this year.

All resolutions put to shareholders today at the Annual General Meeting were
duly passed.
