At the EGM today all resolutions were passed in favour of both the sale of the
entire issued share capital of its subsidiary, Goalstriker and the Capital
Reorganisation. Furthermore the Company also announces the appointment of Tony
Gadsby Peet and Philip Reid to the Board with immediate effect with the aim of
developing the Group's existing business primarily based around horse racing and
sports services as detailed in the announcement and Circular dated 21 December
2006.
