the NAV as at 28 February 2014 due to the income of the Company 
exceeding its expenses.

   On 1 July 2014, it was confirmed that Stables Farm, owned by Akycha 
Power Limited, would receive formal FIT accreditation from Ofgem.

transaction which has occurred between 30 June 2014 and the date of 
publication of this statement which would have a material impact on the 
financial position on the Company.
