Octopus IHT AIM VCT plc announces that on 21 July 2010 the Company purchased for 
cancellation 64,805 'A' Ordinary shares at a price of 57.75p per share. The 'A' 
Ordinary shares purchased represent 0.42% of the total number of voting rights 
in the Company before the transaction. 
 
Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company now consists 
of 15,361,293 'A' Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01p each, with 
voting rights. The Company does not hold any 'A' Ordinary shares in Treasury.
