                         Change of Name to ADORIAN PLC

                    Result of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")


At the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were
passed.

As a result of resolution 7 having been approved, the name of the Company will
be changed to Adorian PLC as soon as practically possible.
