Notice of AGM

One Media iP (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content owner and manager which specialises in the active monetisation of music and video intellectual property rights together with copyright protection technology, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on 30 May 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Orrick, Herrington, Sutcliffe (UK) LLP at 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN, United Kingdom.

A notice of AGM, together with the form of proxy, will be sent to the shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") shortly. The notice of AGM will also be shortly available for inspection on the One Media website, http://www.omip.co.uk/.

All voting on the resolutions at the AGM will be conducted on a poll, which means that Shareholders should submit their forms of proxy as soon as possible. To be valid, the enclosed form of proxy must be lodged with the Company's registrar, Share Registrars Ltd, via email at voting@shareregistrars.uk.com or sent by post to 3 The Millennium Centre, Crosby Way, Farnham, GU9 7XX, as soon as possible, and, in any event, so as to arrive by no later than 11:00 a.m. on 28 May 2024.
