Further to the announcement dated 26 September 2002, OverNet Data plc ("the
Company") has activated its equity line agreement with Principal Corporate
Investor Limited ("PCI"). The Company has allotted 74,000 ordinary shares of 5p
each ("Shares") at a price of 5p to PCI. Application has been made for the
admission to trading of the Shares on AIM, and dealings are expected to commence
on 25 November 2002.
