IBS OPENSystems plc (the "Company") has been informed that, on 21 February 2008,
Mrs Cecilia Curtis, wife of Tim Curtis, Chairman, acquired 10,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 100p each.  As a result, Tim
Curtis is now interested in 80,750 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,
representing 0.20% of the voting rights.
