The Board of O Twelve is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Mark Donnor, aged 37 and Mr Benjamin Warner, aged 46, as
non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Mark Donnor, based in London, serves as a Managing Principal of
Westbrook where he oversees the U.K. investment and asset
management programme. Mark joined Westbrook in 2003. Prior to
joining Westbrook, Mark spent seven years at CB Richard Ellis as a
Director, where he ran the U.S. Capital Team in Europe, ultimately
gaining a seat on the European Investment Committee Board. Before
that, Mark spent 18 months working in New York running the Richard
Ellis Cross Border Initiative as an International Referral
Representative. Mark received a B.Sc. Honours Degree in Valuation
and Estate Management from The University of the West of England in
Bristol. Mark is a Chartered Surveyor.
Ben Warner is Managing Director of the Europlan Group, based in
Jersey. Ben trained in both audit and tax with Touche Ross &
Co. in Jersey. After qualifying, he spent two years travelling the
world before spending a number of years working with a leading
offshore financial service provider. In 1999, Ben joined the
Europlan Group as Financial Controller. Ben became a Director of
Europlan Financial Services Limited in 2000 and a shareholder of
Europlan Continuation Limited in 2001.

Mr Warner and Mr Donnor do not beneficially hold any shares in O
Twelve.
Phil Rhodes, non-executive Chairman of O Twelve, commented:

of O Twelve as non-executive directors will prove invaluable at
this stage in the company's evolution. We have worked closely with
Mark in recent months following Westbrook's investment in the
company last year, and he has already made a considerable
contribution to our strategic thinking.
Ben has a wealth of experience of corporate issues and a deep
understanding of offshore fund structures such as O Twelve's, and
the breadth of relevant expertise that he brings with him will
significantly add to the strength of the Board."
