Offers for Subscription



Pennine AIM VCT plc announces that it has published a Prospectus (comprising a
Securities Note, Registration Document and Summary) to raise up to #15m through
offers for subscription (the "Offers").



The Offers opened on 21 December 2006 and are expected to close on 5 April 2007
in relation to the offer for subscription in respect of the 2006/2007 tax year
and on 30 April 2007 in relation to the offer for subscription in respect of the
2007/2008 tax year unless extended by the Directors (or an earlier date on which
fully subscribed). The Offers are for up to 15,000,000 'D' Shares of 10 pence
each, to be issued at a price of #1.00 each.
