Issue of Equity

The Directors of Pennine AIM VCT  plc are pleased to announce a share allotment
on 30 April 2007 of  6,850 D Shares of 10p each ("D Shares"), payable at 100p
per D Share, pursuant to the offers for subscription that opened on 21 December
2007 ("the Offers"). Application for the new shares to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest practical
opportunity.

Following this allotment, a total of 2,836,269 D Shares have been issued under
the Offers, which have now closed.
