The Company announces that Mr Tom
Dorner has been appointed as Joint Fund Manager with Mr Nick Brind
and Mr George Barrow with effect from 6 June 2024.
The Board commented:

the Trust. Tom's appointment further strengthens the experienced
team responsible for the management of the Company's portfolio and
assets."
