                              Notices of interest                              

The Company received notification on 8 March 2006 that the following parties
have a notifiable interest in the Company:

Artemis Investment Management Limited, and certain of its subsidiary companies,
have a notifiable interest in 9,750,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which represents 13.46% of the Company's issued
Ordinary Share capital.

On 3 March 2006, Christopher Smith sold 6,000,000 Ordinary Shares, retaining a
shareholding of 5,750,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 7.94% of the
Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
