Cancellation of Listing of 12 per cent Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2006


Following the final conversion date on 31 October 2006, all of the 12 per cent
Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2006 has now been converted into ordinary
shares of 25p each. Subsequently the Company has applied to the Financial
Services Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the
listing and for the cessation to trading of the 12 per cent Convertible
Unsecured Loan Stock 2006 with effect from 7 November 2006.
