                              EXERCISE OF OPTIONS                              

Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or "the Company") announces that an
employee of Pilat Europe Ltd, a subsidiary of PTI, has exercised options over
10,000 new ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company at a price of 9p per
share. Application has been made for the admission of the new shares to AIM
which is expected to take place on 13 May 2008.
