On 26 November 2007 Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or the
"Company") announced the completion of the sale of 6,105,685 shares of NIS 0.01
each (the "Shares") by certain shareholders to a group of investors (the "Sky
Consortium"). The Sky Consortium have entered into a shareholders' agreement
pursuant to which the Sky Private Equity Fund has control of the Shares.

On 11 June 2008 the Company was notified by the Sky Consortium that it had
purchased 189,223 additional shares on 10 June 2008 at a price of NIS1.26
(approx.18p) per share as follows:

In addition, on 12 June 2008, the Company was notified by Go.D.M. Investment
Ltd that it had purchased 930,868 shares at NIS1.26 (approx. 18p) per share on
10 June 2008 and 250,577 shares at NIS1.25 (approx. 18p) on 12 June 2008. The
purchases result in a total holding of 4.5 per cent. of the total voting rights
of the Company.
