The Company announces that David Cicurel (Investments) Limited has today
transferred 4,100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to
David Cicurel Securities Limited.


This transfer does not change the ultimate beneficial interest of David Cicurel,
a non-executive director of the Company.


Following today's transfer David Cicurel's beneficial interest in the Company
is:


Starlight Investments - 14,250,000 Ordinary Shares
Judges Capital - 5,700,000 Ordinary Shares
David Cicurel Securities Limited - 4,100,000 Ordinary Shares
