The Company was advised on 21 March 2007 that Mr. Peter O'Reilly holds
27,856,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the ordinary share capital representing
15.06% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

In accordance with the Transparency Directive, the Company received notification
on 20 March 2007 that as at 12 March 2007, Barclays Plc, through its subsidiary
Barclays Stockbrokers Limited indirectly holds 21,175,825 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the ordinary share capital representing 11.45% of the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company.
