Issue of options

The board of the Company announce that on 1 December 2006 it granted options
over 1,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company to certain employees. The options
may be exercised at a price of 1 pence per share. The exercise period for the
options commences on the first anniversary of the date of grant and expires 10
years thereafter.
