Playgolf Holdings Plc (the 'Company')

Placing of Shares

The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 2,777,778 new ordinary
shares at a price of 18p, raising #500,000 before expenses. The placing proceeds
will be used to provide the Company with additional working capital, allowing it
to develop its sites at Northwick Park and East Kilbride and to develop new
opportunities for the Company. Application has been made for these shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM on 5 December 2005.
