Plasmon PLC ("Plasmon" or the "Company") 

Completion of Placing

Plasmon announces that further to the passing of the Resolutions in respect of
the Placing on 16 May 2007, Admission became effective at 8:00am today of the
40,000,000 New Ordinary Shares.

The Company also confirms that as previously announced and following Admission,
Matthew Peacock and Rod Powell are both hereby appointed as non-executive
directors of Plasmon.

The definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to
them in the Prospectus published by the Company dated 23 April 2007.
