               Palmaris Capital Plc ("Palmaris" or "the Company")

                                Ex-dividend date


The Company has been requested by the London Stock Exchange Plc to clarify the
timing detailed in the EGM Circular with regard to the ex-dividend date for the
dividend in specie.

The ex-dividend date is to be moved to 28 February 2007, being the date of the
distribution of the dividend in specie, so that any acquisitions of Palmaris
shares transacted on or after 28 February 2007 will not be entitled to receive
the dividend in specie.

The Distribution Record Time will remain at 4.30 p.m. on Friday 23 February
2007.  Until this time, those individuals recorded on the share register of the
Company will be entitled to elect to receive either the dividend in specie or
the cash alternative, which will be posted to shareholders on or around 28
February 2007.
