Pubs 'n' Bars Plc (the "Company"), the pub owner and operator, announces that
completion of the acquisition of Moorgate London Limited has been delayed on the
basis of a minor technicality.


Completion of the acquisition and admission of the new ordinary shares to
trading on AIM, are now expected to be on 10 April 2007.
