Notice of General
Meeting
Proton Motor Power Systems plc (AIM:
PPS), the designer, developer and producer of fuel cells and fuel
cell electric hybrid systems with a zero-carbon footprint,
announces that it is posting to shareholders today
notice of a general meeting of the Company, to be held at on
Tuesday 30 July 2024 at 9:00 a.m. BST / 10:00 a.m. CET at
the offices of Proton Motor Fuel Cell GmbH, Benzstrasse 7, 82178
Puchheim, Germany (the "GM"). A copy of the notice of GM will
also be available on the Company's website at
www.proton-motor.com.
As announced on 11 June 2024, the
purpose of the GM is to propose to shareholders the resolutions
which were not proposed at the Company's recent annual general
meeting, to receive and adopt the annual report and accounts for
the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "FY 2023 Accounts") and approve the
Directors' Remuneration Report contained within the FY 2023
Accounts.
Recognising that UK-based
shareholders may not be able to attend the GM in person, the
Company will provide access online via the Investor Meet Company
platform in order that shareholders are able to follow the
proceedings of the GM remotely. However, please note that
shareholders will not be able to vote online at the GM via the
platform and are therefore requested to submit their votes via
proxy, as early as possible. Shareholders are invited to submit any
questions for the Board to consider. Questions can be pre submitted
ahead of the GM via the Investor Meet Company Platform up until 9am
the day before the GM or submitted at any time during the GM
itself.
