    Notice of Suspension

    Prince announces that, as a result of a delay in finalising certain audit matters, the Company is unable to comply with the AIM Rule
requirement to dispatch its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2007 to shareholders by 30 June 2008. Accordingly it
has requested a temporary suspension of the trading of its ordinary shares on AIM until such time as its Annual Report and Accounts can be
dispatched to shareholders.
