                     Annual Report and Accounts
Property Recycling announces  that its  report and  accounts for  the
year ended  31 December  2006 are  being posted  to its  shareholders
today. Copies of the accounts will  be available for a period of  one
month from the date  of this announcement, free  of charge, from  the
registered office of  the Company  and from  the Company's  nominated
adviser, Marshall  Securities  Limited, 145  -  157 St  John  Street,
London EC1V 4RE. The accounts will also be available on the Company's
website: www.propertyrecycling.co.uk.
The Annual General  Meeting ("AGM") of  the Company will  be held  at
10.30 a.m. on 2 May 2007 at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, 180
Strand, London WC2R 1BL.
