                                 Statement re Share Price Movement


The  Board  of  Pressac  plc  ("Board") notes the recent share price rise  and  press  speculation
regarding  discussions with its Principal Lenders.  Further to the announcement of 17 March  2005,
the  Board  can  confirm  that  it remains in constructive dialogue  with  Principal  Lenders  and
continues to review the Group's ongoing strategy in light of these discussions.
