Further to the announcement made on 18 May 2006 relating to the appointment of
Mr. Nick Winks as Director and Chief Restructuring Officer, the following
information has been notified to the Company by Mr. Winks and is disclosed in
accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (3) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing
Authority.


In October 2004 Jubb Limited went into administration at a time when Mr. Winks
was the executive Chairman of the company. On 2 December 2005 this changed from
administration to a creditors' voluntary liquidation which is still continuing.


No further details regarding Mr. Winks are required to be disclosed under
paragraph 9.6.13 (1-6) of the Listing rules of the UK Listing Authority.
