Appointment Update

Further to the announcement on 28 September 2011, PeerTV is pleased to provide additional information on Moshe Bartov's appointment as Chief Operation Officer of PeerTV Ltd, its Israeli operating subsidiary. He will be working with PeerTV's management to drive PeerTV Ltd's strategy and product roadmap to deliver best in breed Pay TV Over the Top solutions. Moshe will also be focusing on growing PeerTV Ltd's business by partnering with industry leaders.

Previously, Moshe served as Senior Product Marketing Manager at NDS, a provider of end-to-end software and hardware solutions for the pay television industry. At NDS, Moshe managed NDS MediaHighway, a leading middleware solution now deployed by over 80 operators in over 180 million Set-top boxes worldwide.

Prior to working for NDS, Moshe served in a number of management and executive marketing roles in organizations focusing on mobile data solutions and technologies. He served as a Director of Business Development at CellGlide, VP of Marketing at CT-Motion, VP of Business Development at Flash Networks and as Business Development Manager at Sun Microsystems, where he led the initial commercial Java to mobile devices deployments. Moshe also brings with him 12 years of experience in software development and R&D management in several start-up companies as well as the IDF Signal Corps.
