Replacement: First and second closing of placing

The following amendment has been made to the 'First and Second Closing of Placing' announcement released on 13 August at 16:00 under RNS No 9159J.

In the contact information in "Further Enquiries" the reference to Rivington Street has been removed and has been changed to:

PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market, and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, announces the closing of a placing of additional shares.

The Company is raising up to GBP750,000 (before expenses) through a placing of up to 9,090,909 new ordinary shares placed at a price of 8.25 pence per share. Each new share has 0.9 three year warrant to purchase an ordinary share at 9.25 pence per share attached, for a maximum total of approximately 8,181,818 warrants at full subscription. The shares and attached warrants are placed with private investors. A total of approximately GBP590,000 has been received by the placing agent so far and closings of GBP387,750 have been effected on 6 August and 12 August.
