Placing and Issue of equity

PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, announces the issue of new ordinary shares.

As reported on 16(th) June 2013 the Company has raised GBP750,000 through a placing of 21,428,550 new ordinary shares placed at a price of 3.5 pence per share. Each investor receives an equal number of five year warrants to purchase ordinary shares at 4.0 pence per share. The shares and attached warrants were placed with private investors.

A second tranche of GBP249,500 has been remitted to the Company and 7,128,564shares have been allotted to investors. This brings the total gross amount received by the Company to GBP550,500.

Application will be made for the 7,128,564 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected on or after 2 July 2013.
