Result of Annual General Meeting, Placing and Issue of equity and Change of Website Address

PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions announces the following:

Result of Annual General Meeting

At today's Annual General Meeting, all the resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

Placing & Issue of Equity

As reported on 16(th) June 2013 the Company has raised GBP750,000 through a placing of 21,428,550 new ordinary shares placed at a price of 3.5 pence per share. Each investor receives an equal number of five year warrants to purchase ordinary shares at 4.0 pence per share. The shares and attached warrants were placed with private investors.

A third tranche of GBP141,750 has been remitted to the Company and 3,764,568 shares have been allotted to investors. This brings the total gross amount received by the Company to GBP692,250.

Application will be made for the 3,764,568 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected on or after 31 July 2013.

Change of Website Address

With immediate effect information for investors can be seen on the website www.peertvplc.com. In accordance with the AIM requirements the previous website www.peertv.com contains a link to the new site.
