Issue of equity

Further to the announcement of 22 July 2013, PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, announces the issue of 6,591,359 new ordinary shares in payment for outstanding fees and interest, and a further 285,428 new ordinary shares pursuant to the placing announced on 17 June 2013.

Application has been made for the 6,876,787 shares, which when issued will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected on or after 31 July 2013.
