Further Regarding Result of General Meeting

Further to the announcement made on 5 September 2014, PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), announces that an application has been made for 339,387,865 new ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission ("Admission") is expected to occur at 8:00am on 11 September 2014.

Following Admission, the Company will have 339,387,865 New Ordinary Shares admitted to trading on AIM. The Company does not hold any New Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company remains unchanged at 339,387,865. This figure may be used by Shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
