Possible Share Suspension

The Board of PeerTV PLC notes the announcement on 28th November 2014 by Daniel Stewart Securities plc that Daniel Stewart & Co plc will cease to be a Nominated Adviser from the close of business on Friday 12th December 2014.

The Company is in discussions with a potential new Nominated Adviser. In the event of it failing to make an appointment by that time, pursuant to AIM Rule 1, trading in PeerTV's shares will be suspended at 7.30 am on Monday 15th December 2014.

In the event that the shares are suspended, the Company will continue discussions to appoint a new Nominated Adviser and will also consider applying for the shares to be traded on an alternative market.
