The Annual Report and Accounts of the Company in respect of the financial period 
ended  28 February 2011 and Notice of  Annual General Meeting to  be held on 24 
August 2011 (the "AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

Final dividend 
 
In its final results released on 30 June 2011, the Company announced that the 
Board proposes a final revenue dividend of 1p per Ordinary Share for the year, 
that the ex-dividend date will be 8 July 2011, the record date 8 July 2011 and 
that payment will be made to shareholders on 29 July 2011.  In accordance with 
the articles of association of the Company, a final dividend requires 
declaration by the shareholders in general meeting.  Accordingly, the Company 
announces that, subject to such shareholder declaration at the AGM, payment of 
the final dividend will be made to shareholders on 31 August 2011.  The ex-
