                  Stock Exchange Announcement - 1 October 2004


As announced after the Annual General Meeting on the 30th September all
resolutions were passed including Resolution 8 to release the Company from the
need to hold a wind up vote by December  17th.   This in no way affects the
announcements already issued setting out the Board's intention to propose a
reconstruction of the Trust. Detailed proposals for this Reconstruction are due
to be dispatched to shareholders shortly.
