Suspension from Trading on AIM

Pursuant to the AIM Rules for Companies, Qihang Equipment Company Limited is required to publish its unaudited interim accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2014 by no later than today. Regrettably it has not proved possible to comply with this requirement and accordingly the company has requested that its ordinary shares be suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect. It is hoped that the delay in publication of the interims will be only a matter of days and a further announcement will be made in due course.
