                             Grant of share options



QuikTrak has granted options to subscribe for 4,800,000 new ordinary shares ata
price of 25p per share to directors and employees of the Company. The options
are exercisable, subject to the London Stock Exchange's rules on dealings by
directors, at any time during the next five years. Options previously granted to
directors and employees have been cancelled.



The interests of the directors in the issued share capital of the Company are as
follows:
