Award of Options

The Company announces that on 26 September 2011 a total of 37,130 nil cost options over ordinary shares in the Company were granted to certain directors under the terms of the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan which was approved by shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting on 12 May 2010. These options vest on 31 December 2011 and are exercisable until 1 July 2021.
