NOTIFIABLE INTEREST

The Company was notified on 3 February 2000 that on 2 February 2000, following
the acquisition of 2,300,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,
Everett Financial Management Limited held an interest in the Company of
5,392,000 ordinary shares, representing 3.39 per cent. of that class of
capital.  Subsequently, the Company was notified on 3 February 2000 that,
following the disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 2 February 2000,
Everett Financial Management Limited has an interest which is no longer
notifiable.
