Resignation of director

The Board of Real Office Group announces that, consistent with its previously announced strategy of reducing costs, Philip Brady resigned as Finance Director on 16 December 2010.

Day to day accounting and financial activities for the Group will be undertaken by the finance director of the principal trading subsidiary, Pacific Interiors Limited. This work will be overseen by Peter Conroy and Paddy Greenwood, both directors and also Chartered Accountants, who have assumed joint responsibility for the finance function of the Group.
