                            ("RII" or the "Company")

The Board of RII has noted both today's movement in the Company's share price
and the press speculation that the Company is shortly to announce a transaction
which, under the AIM Rules, would amount to a "reverse takeover".

RII announces that it is currently in the process of completing such a
transaction, and so, in the interests of an orderly market, has requested the
London Stock Exchange to suspend the trading in the Company's shares with
immediate effect.

The Company will make a further announcement shortly.
