The following announcement replaces the Additional Listing announcement released
earlier today at 9:43 under RNS 3343E.  The shares are expected to be admitted
to trading on the Alternative Investment Market and not the Official List.


The full amended announcement appears as follows:

RMR plc (the "Company")


Further to the announcement dated 1 November 2002, the Company announces that it
has made an application for the admission to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange of 1,000,000 new ordinary shares
of 10p nominal value to be issued to Messer's Jones and Thomas in final
settlement of the vendor consideration for Learning Angles Limited.

These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market on 28 November 2002.  The total number of ordinary shares of
10p following this issue as at 28 November 2002 will be 62,102,847.
