Board Change 
 
 
 
 
The Board of Research Now, the international online fieldwork provider and panel 
specialist to the market research industry, announces that Charles Fairbairn, a 
non-executive Director, has indicated his intention to step down from the Board. 
This will take effect from 31 August. 
 
 Charles has been a non-executive Director since 2001 and was an original 
angel investor. He has helped guide the Company through a major phase of its 
development since its successful AIM listing in 2005. 
 
 
 Commenting, Geoff Westmore, Chairman said: 
 
 
"Over the past eight years Charles has made a terrific contribution to the Group 
- before, during and since flotation. We all very much appreciate everything he 
has done for the business and the sound advice he has given. We wish him well 
for the future". 
 
 
Charles Fairbairn added: 
 
 
"From the beginning I've really enjoyed my association with Research Now and I 
continue to be a strong supporter of the Company". 
 
 
The Board is seeking a new non-executive Director and hopes to make an 
appointment by the end of the year.
